Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until well combined.
- Roll into 12-14 balls (about 1 tbsp each).
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- For vegan version, use plant-based protein powder and maple syrup.
- Add more almond butter if mixture is too dry.
