Description

A quick, no-bake snack packed with protein and natural sweetness from strawberries. Perfect for post-workout or a healthy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Roll into 12-14 balls (about 1 tbsp each).
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
