Ingredients
- 1 cup dried strawberries
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add dried strawberries, shredded coconut, and almond flour to a food processor. Blend until finely ground.
- Add coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture sticks together.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use soft dried strawberries for easier blending.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.
- For a nut-free version, replace almond flour with oat flour.
