Description
A healthy and flavorful dip made with stuffed mushrooms, perfect for parties or snacks.
Ingredients
- 20 large mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped mushroom stems and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, black pepper, salt, and sautéed mushroom mixture.
- Spoon the filling into mushroom caps.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm as a dip with whole-grain crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- Use fresh mushrooms for best results.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with cottage cheese.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
