A delicious and healthy seafood bread bowl stuffed with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 large round bread loaf
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 150g crab meat
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and bell peppers, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add shrimp and crab meat, cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix in parsley and remove from heat.
- Fill the bread bowl with the seafood mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes until bread is crispy.
- Serve warm.
