Ingredients

  • 1 large round bread loaf
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 150g crab meat
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the center.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and bell peppers, cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and crab meat, cook until shrimp turns pink.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  7. Mix in parsley and remove from heat.
  8. Fill the bread bowl with the seafood mixture.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes until bread is crispy.
  10. Serve warm.
