Description

A sweet and spicy sauce perfect for dipping or glazing. It’s healthier than store-bought versions with no artificial additives.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add sriracha and mix well.
  4. For a thicker sauce, dissolve cornstarch in 1 tsp water and stir into the sauce.
  5. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
