Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pepper jelly
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jelly, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans and green onions.
