Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Place the mushroom mixture on one slice of bread.
