A spicy and healthy dip with Szechuan peppercorns, perfect for pairing with vegetables, chips, or grilled meats.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Szechuan peppercorns
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (low-fat)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Toast Szechuan peppercorns in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Crush lightly.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.
- Add crushed peppercorns and chili flakes. Stir well.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
