Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
