Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Thread chicken, bell peppers, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
- You can replace chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
