Ingredients
- 2 slices Texas toast
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place Texas toast in the air fryer basket.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over each slice.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add diced bell peppers and sliced mushrooms.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and toast is crispy.
- Sprinkle with oregano before serving.
