Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup honey
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a pan until browned.
- Add jalapeños, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Place filling in egg roll wrappers and fold.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry egg rolls until golden.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
