Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 slices of turkey bacon, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Wrap each chicken piece with a half-slice of turkey bacon.
  4. Place the wrapped chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
