Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in dried cranberries and walnuts.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped parsley before serving.

- Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
- Substitute almonds for walnuts if preferred.
