Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup almonds, unsalted
- 1/4 cup walnuts, unsalted
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup whole-grain crackers
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Arrange cheeses on a large serving board.
- Place nuts in small bowls or scatter them around the cheeses.
- Add sliced apples, pears, and grapes around the board.
- Spoon hummus into a small bowl and place it on the board.
- Add crackers and dried cranberries in empty spaces.
- Drizzle honey over goat cheese.
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary for garnish.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
