A healthier twist on classic pizza, these roll-ups combine whole wheat tortillas, low-fat cheese, and turkey pepperoni for a delicious and guilt-free snack.
Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread 2 tbsp marinara sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese and place pepperoni slices on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
