Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
- 1 cup cooked turkey or chicken (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil
- Layer vegetables and meat in the dish
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together
- Pour egg mixture over vegetables
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
