Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix turkey, cranberries, bread crumbs, onion, celery, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add beaten egg and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- You can make these ahead and refrigerate for up to 2 days before baking.
