Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix turkey, cranberries, bread crumbs, onion, celery, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add beaten egg and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
