Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add green beans, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
