Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup grated Gouda cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  3. Spread Gouda cheese on one slice of bread.
