Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup low-sodium ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Cook until softened.
- Stir in ketchup, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
