Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 6 small whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground turkey with onions, bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread pizza sauce on each tortilla.
- Add cooked turkey mixture and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Fold tortillas into taco shapes and place on a baking sheet.
