Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, beef broth, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
