Description

A delicious and healthy twist on classic garlic butter cheese bombs using Pillsbury biscuits. Perfect for Thanksgiving appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8 count)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate biscuits and flatten each into a circle.
  3. Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Place 1 tbsp cheese mix in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold edges over cheese and seal tightly.
  6. Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt.
  8. Brush butter mixture over each bomb.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
