Description
A delicious and healthy twist on classic garlic butter cheese bombs using Pillsbury biscuits. Perfect for Thanksgiving appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (8 count)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate biscuits and flatten each into a circle.
- Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Place 1 tbsp cheese mix in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold edges over cheese and seal tightly.
- Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt.
- Brush butter mixture over each bomb.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use low-fat cheese for a healthier option.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
