Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
