Ingredients
- 1 lb Cajun boudin sausage, casing removed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix boudin, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, and garlic powder.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
