Ingredients
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 whole-grain baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, feta, garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Toast baguette slices for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
