Ingredients

  • 1 whole turkey (12-14 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Rinse the turkey and pat dry.
  3. Rub olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme all over the turkey.
  4. Stuff the cavity with lemon slices and onion.
