Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
