Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet; cook until softened.
- Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
