Ingredients
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix tomatoes, mozzarella, Parmesan, feta, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a small baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
