Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Mix flour, seeds, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add water and stir until combined.
- Cover and let rise for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
- Place dough in the preheated Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
