Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups water


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, seeds, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add water and stir until combined.
  3. Cover and let rise for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside.
  5. Transfer dough to a floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
  6. Place dough in the preheated Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool before slicing.
