Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain and press tofu to remove excess water.
- Blend tofu, parsley, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
