Description

A fresh and healthy tofu salad packed with protein and flavor. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Drain and press tofu to remove excess water. Cut into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper.
  4. Add cooked tofu to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice. Toss gently.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.

  • Use extra-firm tofu for better texture.
