Description
A delicious and indulgent burger stuffed inside garlic bread, loaded with three types of cheese and crispy bacon for a rich, savory experience.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 loaf garlic bread (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the beef mixture into a large patty slightly smaller than the garlic bread loaf.
- Cook the patty in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Slice the garlic bread horizontally, leaving one side attached.
- Place the cooked patty inside the garlic bread.
- Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese over the patty.
- Add crumbled bacon on top.
- Close the garlic bread and wrap in foil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic bread for best results.
- Adjust cheese quantities to taste.
- Let the burger rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
