Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Mix tuna, peas, carrots, yogurt, and spices in a bowl.
- Combine cooked pasta with tuna mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with Parmesan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
