Ingredients

  • 200g fresh tuna steak
  • 150g haricots verts
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 50g black olives
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, then cool and slice.
  2. Blanch the haricots verts in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
  3. Season the tuna with salt and pepper, then sear for 2 minutes per side.
