Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey sausage, casings removed
  • 2 cups chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup low-fat shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
