Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 oz) whole wheat cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
