Description

A light and refreshing chicken salad with tzatziki sauce, perfect for a healthy meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
  2. Add shredded chicken and red onion to the bowl.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with pita bread or a bed of greens.
