Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Add coconut flour, protein powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
