Description

A nutritious and delicious gluten-free bread made with buckwheat flour, perfect for vegans and those with dietary restrictions.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • For a nut-free version, replace almond flour with sunflower seed flour.
