Description
A quick and healthy pasta dish with garlic butter sauce ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 8 oz ditalini pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Toss cooked pasta in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in parsley and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use whole wheat ditalini for extra fiber.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Freshly grated Parmesan works best.
