Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add walnuts to a food processor and blend until finely ground.
- Add dates, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, and coconut oil.
- Process until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For extra flavor, roll the balls in shredded coconut or cocoa powder.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of water.
