Description
Tender steak bites cooked in garlic butter and served with creamy parmesan pasta shells.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until melted.
- Add cooked pasta shells and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use a high-quality cut of steak for best results.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- Freshly grated parmesan melts better than pre-shredded.
