Description

Delicious and healthy white chocolate cheesecake truffles made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate (melted)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (for coating)


Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, melted white chocolate, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Add almond flour and stir until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
