Delicious and healthy white chocolate macadamia bombs that are easy to make and perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Stir in honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Fold in macadamia nuts.
- Scoop small portions onto the baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
