Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
