Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz small shell pasta
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in pasta, broth, tomatoes, oregano, and basil.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
