  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
