A quick and delicious baked Italian sub sandwich recipe ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1/2 lb sliced salami
  • 1/2 lb sliced ham
  • 1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Slice sub rolls lengthwise
  3. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of each roll
  4. Layer meats and cheese on the rolls
  5. Add banana peppers and olives
  6. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
  7. Drizzle with olive oil
  8. Wrap sandwiches in foil
  9. Bake for 15 minutes
  10. Unwrap and serve warm
