Description
A sweet and creamy twist on classic deviled eggs, using strawberries filled with cheesecake mixture.
Ingredients
- 12 large strawberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Wash strawberries and pat dry.
- Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill strawberries with the cheesecake mixture.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm strawberries for best results.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
